To upload your materials to the Indico system, first make sure that you are logged in (your name is indicated in the top right corner of the page).
Follow “My Contributions” link from the menu on the left, then click on the talk title and upload your file(s) to the “Presentation Materials” section by clicking on the pencil icon. The format for presentations is Adobe PDF (preferred) or Microsoft PowerPoint.
Please do not switch the Protected mode for uploaded files.
All speakers, including poster presenters, are kindly asked to upload their materials at least few hours before the start of the corresponding session to have time to solve problems if they appear.
